  1. The fatwa is regarding the process of Shariah screening, which in fact combination of old fatawas. Nowhere in the fatwa it is mentioned that IslamicStock app is authentic and reliable to follow for Shariah screening.

Certification means someone endorses(after verifying/cross checking the app) that app follows these criterias and reliable to follow for Shariah screening.

It is mentioned that, “اگر واقعتا” means “if indeed” someone follows these criterias it is OK. It doesn’t endorse that IslamicStock app follows these criterias.

    • Muhtram Abdul Sb , Aap ne blog padhi apka bahoot bahoot shukria aur mazeed apne apni baat khul ker rakhi uska bhi shukria.

Apki jankari ke liye bata doon ke humne apne screening process ki saari details Darul uloom deoband ko bheji taaki woh verify kerlen ki hamara Screening criteria sahi hai ya nhai. to Darul Ifta Deoband ne confirm kiya ki hamara Screening process sahi hai, koi bhi madarsa isi traha se kisi bhi process k bare me apni tasdeek krta hai or ye hamare liye cirtificate hi hai .

Or already ham ulema ki nigrani me kam karrahe hen alhamdulillah hamare pas apni Sharia Team hai jisme Mufti and Aalim ke saath other members bhi hain jo kisi bhi new issue ke bare me ek complete discussion k bad hi motebar fatwas ko nazar me rakhte hue apna decision lete hen. alhamdulillah!!

Umeed hai baat ab wajeh hogyai hogi.

      Jazakallah o khair

      • Aapke hisab se to fir har koi Darul Uloom Deoband certified hai jo yeh da’waa karta he ke me Darul Uloom ke fatawa ko follow karta hu…
Ab chahe woh koi si bhi app chalaye ya na chalaye…

        • Suggest them the ways to, carry out the accurate screening, and as for the certification as well.

  2. Please provide me the list of halal stocks in excel sheet at it should be downloadable to the user…

    • Bro Yousuff halal status of a company is not fixed or permanent it’s temporary actually. So you need to check it time to time by the islamic stock app or under the guidance of rules.

  3. Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,

Please advise if it is possible to download the list of all halal stocks?

    Jazak Allah

  4. I am new islamicstockcreener ! Iwas reading islamicstockcreener blogs how the screening is done for stocks. I see company generating 5% from non halal sources can qualify for Sharia compliant status. Also interest bearing debt 36/month average market cap <33% is also one of the criteria for screening. My question is from where did scholer get 5% and 33% to set a limit for screening. Are there any hadith or references from the Quran or any other sources?

    • Request admin to reply on this question please.

also please add my question weather 1. this method of screening, 2. investment in share market is permitted in “Sunni” fiqh , 3. any sunni ulema or mufti supporting this investment method and screning.

      thank you in adance
